I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very neat and well-maintained, offering a quiet and fine ambiance with all the amenities needed. The service was extraordinary helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The location, although small in the porch, was right at the heart of the city, providing excellent services. The dining experience, while tending more towards Indian food, was up to standard. Overall, a great experience worth repeating, especially for the lavish lunch or buffet options with attentive staff like Vijay Pawar and Satender from Mosaic.
The rooms had a great city view, but unfortunately, they smelled really bad after mold. The housekeeping staff, especially Swepan, did a good job cleaning my room every day. The service was pretty good, with efforts to fix any issues raised. The location was convenient, near good restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the train station, despite some construction work going on. The dining experience, especially at Mosaic, was crowded and required waiting longer for a table. Overall, the hotel is centrally located and quiet, with hardworking staff members, although the mold smell in the rooms is off-putting.

The rooms were decent but could use some updates in furniture and appliances. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect, with easy access to various places and reasonable parking. The dining experience was good, though leaning more towards Indian cuisine. Overall, a well-maintained hotel with great service for business stays.
